In 1971, the Ocean City Hotel-Motel-Restaurant Association was formed as a non-profit trade organization. In 2026, the organization rebranded as OCMD Hospitality Association. 

The OCMD Hospitality Association supports and unites Ocean City’s hospitality community by ADVOCATING for industry needs, EDUCATING and informing members, and NETWORKING to build connections that elevate our destination.
